Resort Policies

We have set forth a set of guidelines when visiting Whiterock RV Resort.  These guidelines are to ensure
your safety as well as others. Anyone who chooses to not abide by these guidelines will be asked to leave the resort and forfeit and refund.

General Guidelines

  • Items outside are limited to patio furniture.  

  • All other items must be stored in or under your rig.

  • All RV's/Campers are subject to inspection and approval my management.

  • If your rig is over 10 years old it must be approved by management before arrival.  Please send all photos to whiterockrvresort@gmail.com.

  • Pickup campers and tents ARE NOT allowed.

  • Window A/C units ARE NOT allowed.

  • No sleeping outside.

  • Boats and flat bottoms ARE NOT allowed.

  • Cargo Trailers must be approved by management before arrival.  Please send all photos to      whiterockrvresort@gmail.com.

  • No glass containers are allowed on the premise.

  • Do not park on grass areas

  • All non-camping guest must leave the park by 10:00 p.m.

  • You must be 21 to rent a RV site.  Primary renter must be onsite while any member of their party is onsite. 

  • Quite Time - 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

  • Clothes Lines - ARE NOT allowed unless your RV or camper come equipped with them.  If RV or camper are equipped, all clothes, towels, etc must be taken in by 9:00pm.

  • Fireworks & Firearms - ARE NOT allowed to be shot or set off.

  • Campfires - ARE NOT allowed

  • RV/Camper washing/vehicle repairs/generators - ARE NOT allowed

  • NO DRUGS on premise.

  • If police are called on you, you will be asked to leave permanently and you forfeit all of your deposit. 

 

     Check Outs

  • Check out time is noon.  Any check outs after noon without prior notice will be charged an additional $50.00.

     Clean up fee

  • Each guest is responsible for keeping their site clean.  No trash, food, cigarette butts, oil/grease.

  • Any violators will be charged an additional $100.00.

    Car Tags

  • Each unit will have its own set of car tags.  They will be issued once you arrive at the resort. 

  • They should be placed in your vehicle and visible to management.  

      

 Extending your stay

  • We DO NOT do automatic reservations or billing for extended stays.

  • All sites are available for all guest to reserve at any time if it’s not showing to be reserved at the time of booking.

     Forms of Payment

  • Guest are required to have their reservation paid in full before arrival.  

  • We accept Debit/Credit Cards, Cashier Checks, Money Orders, and Checks.  There will be a $30.00 fee for any returned checks.
         
    Deposit

  • A 50% deposit is required at time of booking.  The remaining balance is to be paid on or               before your arrival date.  

  • Monthly reservations require $125.00 deposit for electricity.

  • Electricity bills will be automatically charged through our system to the card on file.

     Cancelations

  • Long term reservations - if they aren't canceled 30 days prior to arrival, you will only receive a refund that will total a week.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

    Speed Limit

  • 10mph.  Please observe the 10mph speed limit throughout the park.  Any violators will be given a warning.  If the speed limit is still not observed after warning, you will be asked to leave the resort.  

    Quiet Time
    Sunday-Thursday   10:00pm - 7:00am
    Friday-Saturday.    12:00am - 7:00am


    Site Occupancy

  • Vehicles must be parked on the site's driveway.

  • DO NOT PARK on the roads, landscape, or any unoccupied site's driveway.

    Children

  • Guest are responsible for the actions of their children.  All kids under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult (anyone over the age of 18).

    Dumpsters

  • Place all garbage in our designated dumpsters located throughout the resort.  Please break down all boxes, it helps with the overflow of garbage. NO BULK ITEMS PERMITTED!

    Add On's to Rig/Site

  • Mats/rugs are not allowed on the grass.  They need to remain on the concrete in an orderly manner.  NO CLUTTER.

    Visitors

  • All visitors must check in at the office to receive a hang tag for their vehicle. 

  • Hang tags must be visable at all times.  

  • All visitors must leave the park by 10:00pm.

  • All visitors are to read and adhere to the resort policies.

    Recreational vehicles

  •  Battery-operated vehicles or motor-driven cycles, bikes, scooters, or golf carts are to be driven on concrete surfaces only. We ask that you respect walkers and joggers in the park. Motorcycles are permitted as transportation only in and out of the park. Cruising or speeding is not allowed.

    Pet Policy

  • No aggressive animal of ANY BREED is allowed inside the RV Park.  Please check with management before making reservations.

  • Pets must be accompanied by owner at all times. 

  • Owners also must pick up after their pets. 
    A FEE OF 
    $50.00 WILL BE CHARGED TO ANY GUEST WHO HAS LEFT WASTE IN THE PARK OR ANYWHERE INSIDE THE RV PARK.

  • Pets are also required to be on a leash whenever outside. 

  • Pets are not allowed in the playground area or the pool area.

  • No animal is to be left outside, tied up or chained at any time.

  • No pet fences are allowed.

  • If any damages are caused by owners pets, an additional fee will be charged.

  • A pet waiver is attached to each contract and MUST be signed.

     Monthly RV Site Info

  • Must sign and agree to the monthly rental policy

  • Guest must keep their site clean and free of clutter

  • No outside storage of personal items

  • No permanent structures are allowed

  • Monthly reservations require $125.00 deposit for electricity.

  • Electricity bills will be automatically charged through our system to the card on file.

    SMOKING

  • No smoking/vaping or e-cigarettes are allowed in any of the buildings on the site.  If you choose to smoke outside, DO NOT throw butts on the ground.  

  • Smoking is not permitted within 100 feet of any building. 

    Pool

  • Must be an onsite tenant to use pool.

  • Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • NO ANIMALS

  • NO lifeguard on duty

  • Hours - 10:00am-10:00pm

  • NO glass containers

  • NO alcohol permitted in pool area.  

  • NO smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes 

    Picnic Tables

  • Do not move picnic tables from where they are placed.

    Tornado Shelters

  • They will be open at the discretion of management.

    Outdoor Restrooms

  • Please keep clean

    Laundry Facility

  • Be respectful of equipment 

  • Keep clean

  • Please throw all trash, dryer sheets, etc. in the trash

  • DO NOT leave any belongings

  • Do not overload the washers

  • Must be onsite tenants to use laundry facility

    Store

  • Store hours are pending.

    Gym

  • No food or drinks allowed in the gym

  • No One under the age of 18 is allowed without an adult present

  • Not responsible for accidents

    Fishing pond

  • No boats

  • No swimming

  • Hours  (depends on daylight savings time) but from sun up until dark

  • Pick up trash

  • Catch and release only until further notice

    Clubhouse

  • If you are interested in using the clubhouse, please contact management.

    Waste Water

  • Ground disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains.  Do not put grease down the sewer.

  • Violation of these guidelines:
    Grounds for ejection from the resort without refund.

  • Management reserves the right to rule on a case-by-case for situations not addressed in our policies.

    Management also reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or party without refund.
